1、簡(jiǎn)介
本品多種表面活性劑經(jīng)特殊工藝復(fù)合而成，具有優(yōu)良的滲透，乳化，分散和凈洗能力；在印染煮練工藝中，能夠大幅提高煮練毛效，毛效均勻，去雜凈性能，用于織物的前處理工序。

3、特性及優(yōu)點(diǎn)
☆ 具有良好的儲(chǔ)存穩(wěn)定性和良好的配伍性，可與氧化退漿劑，穩(wěn)定劑及其它陰、非離子表面活性劑同浴使用。
☆ 主要適用于滌棉交織或混紡織物的前處理，得色深艷，失重少，手感好。
☆ 前處理可以采用低溫60~80℃處理，可以達(dá)到傳統(tǒng)工藝的煮練效果，節(jié)約能源，綠色環(huán)保。
☆ 本品不含APEO等違禁品，符合出口環(huán)保要求。

浸軋法參考工藝：
燒堿 10~25g/L
低溫精練劑 5~10g/L
雙氧水 10~15g/L
60~80℃*60~70min→90~95℃熱水洗2~3格→室溫水洗→烘干
6、包裝與貯存
125Kg塑料桶裝，存放于陰涼通風(fēng)干燥處，常溫下貯存期為6個(gè)月。

3. Characteristics and advantages
☆ It has good storage stability and good compatibility. It can be used in the one- bath with oxidizing desizing agent, stabilizer and other negative and non-ionic surfactants.
☆ It is mainly applied to the pretreatment of poly-cotton interwoven or blended fabrics, with deep and brilliant color, less weight loss and good hand feel.
☆ Pre-treatment can be processed at a low temperature of 60~80℃, which can achieve the boiling effect of traditional technology, energy saving, green environmental protection.
☆ This product does not contain APEO and other contraband, in line with export environmental protection requirements.
