同浴除油劑ZD-166
1、簡介
本品具有非常好的脫脂乳化能力，對化纖類纖維的礦物油和紡絲油、織造油劑等都能充分地進行乳化、分散，并可以避免形成浮油及浮蠟；是去除各種油污、斑漬的理想助劑，即使添加至連續(xù)精練浴中也能完全達到目的。適用于添加至酸性～堿性染浴中進行染色同浴加工。

3、特性及優(yōu)點
☆ 優(yōu)良的乳化、分散性，不僅對普通針織油劑、蠟質(zhì)，對于化纖類織物，如滌綸、尼龍、醋酸纖維等合成纖維拉絲油劑、織造油劑均有良好的去除作用；
☆ 對氨綸含有機硅紡絲油劑也具有杰出的去除效果，適合包括氨綸在內(nèi)各種纖維的針織物、紗線的精練前處理。
☆ 在分散染料酸性染色條件下，也能發(fā)揮良好的乳化、除油作用，適用于滌綸及其氨綸彈力針織物酸性條件下一浴精練染色的除油精練。
☆ 本產(chǎn)品屬于低泡除油劑，適合各類輕漬油污、斑漬的去除工藝。
☆ 使用范圍較寬PH值 4～11之間均可。
