吸濕排汗整理劑用于棉織物、滌/棉混紡織物的親水蓬松柔軟整理，整理后賦予織物具有優(yōu)異的親膚性能、柔軟性、快干性。

3、特性及優(yōu)點
☆ 作為棉織物、滌/棉混紡織物的親水柔軟整理，吸濕排汗整理劑使織物具有優(yōu)異的親水性、柔軟性、快干性。
☆ 吸濕排汗整理劑賦予織物優(yōu)異的抗靜電性。
☆ 用吸濕排汗整理劑整理后的織物可有效防止針孔。
☆ 高親水性的吸濕排汗整理劑，整理后賦予織物柔軟蓬松手感。
☆ 抗黃變性，整理后織物無黃變，耐水洗性能好。
☆ 穩(wěn)定性能好，對酸、堿、鹽，穩(wěn)定性好。
☆ 吸濕排汗整理劑可與樹脂，增白劑同浴。
4、應(yīng)用范圍
棉織物、滌/棉混紡織物浸軋法、浸漬法均可。
5、參考用量
浸軋法：15—20克/升
浸漬法：2-5%（o.w.f）
備注：以上工藝根據(jù)染廠實際情況試驗后酌情調(diào)整。
6、包裝與貯存
125kg塑料桶，密封貯存，常溫通風(fēng)干燥處6個月。

1. Brief introduction
Hygroscopic and perspirant finishing agent ZD-865 is used for hydrophilic, fluffy and soft finishing of cotton fabric and polyester/cotton blended fabric. After finishing, the fabric has excellent skin-friendly properties, softness and quick drying.
2. Basic traits
Appearance : Off-white liquid
PH value : 6-7
Lonicity: anionic -nonionic
Solubility: soluble in water
3. Characteristics and advantages
☆ As a hydrophilic soft finishing agent for cotton fabric and polyester/cotton blended fabric, the hygroscopic and perspirant finishing agent makes the fabric have excellent hydrophilic properties, softness and quick drying.
☆ Hygroscopic and perspirant finishing agent gives fabrics excellent antistatic properties.☆Fabrics finished with hygroscopic perspirant can effectively prevent pinholes.
☆ High hydrophilic hygroscopic and perspirant finishing agent, giving the fabric a soft and fluffy feel after finishing.
☆ Antiyellowing,no yellowing after finishing the fabric, good washable resistance.
☆ Good stability, good stability to acid, alkali and salt.
☆ Hygroscopic and perspirant finishing agent can be with resin, whitening one- bath.
4. Application range
Cotton fabric, polyester/cotton blended fabric dipping, dipping method can be used.
5. Suggested dosage
Padding method : 15-20g/l
Dipping method : 2~5%（o.w.f）
(The above process shall be adjusted according to the actual situation of dyeing plant.
6. Package and storage
Plastic barrel/125kg
Sealed storage, room temperature ventilated dry place for 6 months.
