本產(chǎn)品適用于天絲、滌綸針織或含氨綸織物等織物的練染同浴除蠟去油工藝以及棉針織布的同浴精煉除蠟去油工藝。

3、特性及優(yōu)點(diǎn)
☆ 在高溫下對(duì)于油脂、蠟類的乳化及可溶化力具有極具的效果。
☆ 在近中性及弱酸性浴中，能充分乳化、分散蠟劑，對(duì)于去除天絲 蠟質(zhì)有獨(dú)到功效。
☆ 中性條件去除不耐堿織物的油污（如絲、毛、含金銀絲織物）效果明顯，不損傷纖維。
☆ 堿性條件，如在全棉針織布的精煉去油同浴中，具有優(yōu)異的去蠟油污 效果。
☆ 在中性及弱堿性浴中，對(duì)于含氨綸織物，復(fù)配去油劑使用，在凈洗去油的同時(shí)能更有效的乳化、分散氨綸織物上的油污，防止有機(jī)再沾污。

1. Brief introduction
This product is suitable for dyeing fabrics such as tencel, polyester knitted fabrics or spandex fabrics in the one- bath wax and oil removal process and cotton knitted fabrics in the same bath refining wax and oil removal process.
2. Basic traits
Appearance : colorless liquid
PH value : 6.0-7.0 ( 1% aqueous solution)
Lonicity: anionic -nonionic
Solubility：miscible with water
3. Characteristics and advantages
☆ It has great effect on emulsification and dissolvability of grease and wax at high temperature.
☆ In the near neutral and weak acid bath, it can fully emulsify and disperse the wax agent, which has a unique effect on the removal of tencel wax.
☆ Neutral conditions to remove non alkali fabric oil (such as silk, wool, containing gold and silver silk fabrics) effect is obvious, no damage to the fiber.
☆ Alkaline conditions, such as in the whole cotton knitted cloth refining and oil removal in the same bath, has excellent wax oil removal effect.
☆ In neutral and weak alkaline bath, for spandex fabrics, the use of compound oil removal agent, in the clean wash to remove the oil at the same time can more effectively emulsify, disperse the oil on the spandex fabric, prevent organic contamination.
