螯合分散劑ZD-105
1、簡(jiǎn)介
螯合分散劑ZD-105除對(duì)鈣、鎂離子具有極強(qiáng)的螯合能力外，對(duì)鐵離子的螯合分散能力極佳，對(duì)固體微粒物具有極佳的分散能力，可在印染前處理及染色工序中使用，是多功能、多用途的螯合分散劑。

外 觀：無色或淺黃色液體

3.特性及優(yōu)點(diǎn)
☆ 對(duì)金屬離子具有優(yōu)良的螯合能力，能夠軟化水質(zhì)，消除金屬離子對(duì)染整加工質(zhì)量的不利影響；
☆ 染色時(shí)加入有利于保護(hù)染料，可有效消除色點(diǎn)、色斑等染疵，同時(shí)色光純正、鮮艷；
☆ 極佳的分散能力，對(duì)不溶性鈣皂具有增溶和分散作用；
☆ 用于染色后皂洗，對(duì)浮色具有皂洗、分散作用，防止再沾污；
☆ 對(duì)各種電解質(zhì)穩(wěn)定，耐酸、堿及氧化劑。

Chelating Disperse Agent ZD-105
1. Brief introduction
The chelating disperse agent ZD-105 has a strong chelating ability for calcium ions and magnesium ions. In addition, it also has excellent chelating and dispersing ability for iron ions and solid particles. It is a multifunctional and versatile chelating disperse agent used in the pretreatment and printing and dyeing process.

Appearance: colorless or light yellow liquid
pH value: 4 to 6
3.Characteristics and advantages
☆ With excellent chelating property for metal ions, it can soften water quality and eliminate the adverse effects of metal ions on dyeing and finishing process.
☆ Protecting dyes and effectively eliminating color spots and other dyeing defects, while ensuring pure and bright color.
☆ With excellent dispersing ability, it has solubilizing and dispersing effects on insoluble calcium soap;
☆ For dyeing soaping, it has soaping and dispersing effects on floating color to prevent re-contamination.
☆ It is stable to various electrolytes and resistant to acid, alkali and oxidant.
