1、簡介
漿用硅油ZD-881 是以現(xiàn)今最先進(jìn)的有機(jī)硅改性技術(shù)研制成的特種紡織柔軟劑。它擁有嶄新的改性有機(jī)硅線型嵌段結(jié)構(gòu)，再配合雙重改性功能團(tuán)，能給與織物柔滑豐滿及耐磨擦特點(diǎn)，使分紗更清晰。

☆ 產(chǎn)品具自乳化特性，更符合環(huán)保要求，具有杰出的穩(wěn)定性能，不會產(chǎn)生諸如分層、漂油、硅斑、粘缸、粘輥等弊疵。

1. Brief introduction
The size silicone oil ZD-881 is a special textile softener developed by the most advanced silicone modification technology. With a brand-new modified silicone linear block structure and dual modified functional groups, it can make the fabric smooth, plump and wear-resistant, and the yarn separation clearer.

Appearance: colorless transparent liquid
Ionicity: weak cation
pH value: 6.0 - 7.5 (1% aqueous solution)
3. Characteristics and advantages
☆ The excellent resilience and smooth feeling are superior to the traditional sizing wax.
☆ Having no effect on the whiteness and color of fabrics, it has the easy-to-repair color characteristics that traditional organosilicon finishing agents cannot be matched.
☆ With self-emulsifying characteristics, the product is better to meet the environmental requirements. With excellent stability, the product will not cause problems like layering, oil drifting, silicon spot, vat sticking, and roll sticking and so on.
☆ With excellent hydrophilicity, it can improve the water color fastness of fabrics.

Sizing oil and replacing various wax sheets.
