蘭光退漿酶ZD-121
1、簡介
蘭光退漿酶ZD-121是熱穩(wěn)定性極高的、含有效復合物的新型酶制劑，是屬于牛仔退漿的專用退漿酶。ZD-121用于織物上淀粉、淀粉衍生物及淀粉/合成漿料（PVA）的混合漿的退漿。ZD-121有強效的淀粉分解能力和對PVA的部分分解，能迅速將淀粉轉(zhuǎn)化為糊精，其極易在后道的淋洗工序中去除。蘭光退漿酶作為牛仔退漿酶具有基本偏蘭光的色光特性。

4.應用范圍：
適用于織物前處理中去除淀粉漿液的酶退漿劑，可以任何比例的冷水稀釋，為確?？椢锬芡耆耐藵{，潤濕劑、洗滌劑、精練劑或溶劑沖洗可以和DJ-121一起使用，以加強滲透和漿料的溶脹，促使長分子鏈的裂解。同時有助于蠟質(zhì)、灰土、PVA及合成漿料的去除。對重金屬離子、氧化物、高濃度酸與堿極為敏感。陰離子潤濕劑與精練劑會影響酶的效果。

Blue Desizing Enzyme ZD-121
1. Brief introduction
The blue desizing enzyme ZD-121 is a new enzymic preparation with high thermal stability and effective compound. It is a special enzyme for denim desizing. The ZD-121 is used for desizing starch, starch derivatives and starch/PVA on fabrics. With strong decomposition ability for starch and part of PVA, the ZD-121 can quickly convert starch into dextrin, which is easily removed in the subsequent elution process. As a denim desizing enzyme, it has the basic bluish color-light characteristics.

3.Characteristics and advantages:
☆ The effect is most obvious in low and moderate temperature.
☆ It is suitable for various processes, including suction, cold pad-batch and steaming.
☆ It is suitable for the desizing of denim fabrics. Its blue light feature makes the denim’s color bright.
☆ It is suitable for all operating conditions between 35-65℃. The pH value of desizing fluid should be kept between 6.5 and 7.5. No salt is needed.
4.Application range:
It is suitable for removing starch size in fabric pretreatment. It can be diluted in any proportion of cold water. In order to ensure the complete desizing of fabric, the wetting agent, detergent, scouring agent or solvent can be used together with DJ-121 to enhance penetration and swelling of size and promote the cracking of long molecular chains. At the same time, it is helpful to remove wax, lime soil, PVA and synthetic size. It is very sensitive to heavy metal ions, oxides, high concentration of acid and alkali. The anionic wetting agent and scouring agent can affect enzyme activities.
