滲透劑ZD-135
1、簡(jiǎn)介
無(wú)泡快速滲透劑ZD-135是多種表面活性劑復(fù)合物，具有優(yōu)良的耐堿滲透性及乳化、分散和洗滌能力，可用于在高濃度堿性條件下的滲透劑及牛仔片染、束染助劑。本品不含APEO及烷基苯磺酸等不環(huán)保組分，符合環(huán)保要求。
2.基 本 性 狀 ：
外 觀：微黃色透明液體
離子性：陰離子
pH 值：6.0-7.0（1%水溶液）
溶解性：易溶于水
3.特性及優(yōu)點(diǎn)：
☆ 耐高濃度燒堿，耐堿穩(wěn)定性好，無(wú)泡；
☆ 在常溫及80℃以上皆具有優(yōu)良的耐堿滲透能力；
☆ 具有優(yōu)良的乳化、分散和洗滌能力。

堿性條件下要求滲透的工序；
牛仔片染、束染加工。

Penetrating Agent ZD-135
1. Brief introduction
Foam-free rapid penetrating agent ZD-135 is a kind of surfactant compound. It has excellent alkali resistance, permeability, emulsifying, dispersing and washing ability. It can be used under the condition of high alkaline concentration, and as addictive for denim slashing dyeing and rope dyeing. The product does not contain APEO, alkylbenzene sulfonic acid and other harmful substance, thus meeting the requirement of environmental protection
2.Basic traits:
Appearance: yellowish transparent liquid
Ionicity: anion
pH value: 6.0-7.0 (1% aqueous solution)
Solubility: soluble in water
3.Characteristics and advantages:
☆ It is resistant to high concentration of caustic soda, with good alkali resistance and without bubbles;
☆ It has excellent alkali resistance at room temperature and above 80℃.
☆ It has excellent emulsifying, dispersing and washing ability.
4.Application range:
A process requiring penetration under alkaline condition
Slashing and bundle dyeing
5.Recommended amount:
Foam-free rapid penetrating agent ZD-135 5-12g/L
Note: The amount can be adjusted according to different process requirements.
6.Package and storage
Plastic drum/125kg
Store in a cool and ventilated warehouse for a period of 12 months.
