消紅光整理劑ZD-819
1、簡介
消紅光整理劑 ZD-819為特殊氨基改性硅油微乳液，屬環(huán)保型柔軟助劑，用于棉、麻、滌綸等各類纖維手感整理，本品最大的特點是對牛仔布或純棉針織等面料由于染色后色光偏紅，達(dá)不到交貨要求，需要在后整理時加入本硅油來調(diào)整，以達(dá)到消紅光的目的。

外 觀：無色至微白色透明液體
離子性：弱陽離子
pH 值：6.0-7.0（1%水溶液）
溶解性：可以任意比例分散于水中

☆ 可賦予織物特別優(yōu)異的豐滿、蓬松、柔軟、滑爽的手感；
☆ 可均勻吸附并滲透到織物內(nèi)部，經(jīng)整理織物回彈性極佳；
☆ 高穩(wěn)定性，耐硬水、耐電解質(zhì)，基本消除粘輥現(xiàn)象；
☆ 會消掉紅光，偏藍(lán)青光，可作調(diào)色光助劑用，可以增加顏色深度。

Eliminating Red-light Finishing Agent ZD-819
1. Brief introduction
The eliminating red-light finishing agent ZD-819 is a special amino modified silicone oil micro emulsion, which is an environmental-friendly softening addictive. It is used for hand finishing of all kinds of fibers such as cotton, linen and polyester. The function of this product is to eliminate red light. The fabric of denim or pure cotton and knitted fabric usually turns red after dyeing, which cannot reach the delivery requirement. As a result, it needs to be adjusted by adding this silicone oil during finishing.
2.Basic traits
Appearance: colorless and slight white transparent liquid
Ionicity: weak cation
pH value: 6.0-7.0 (1% aqueous solution)
Solubility: dispersed in water at any ratio
3. Characteristics and advantages
☆ Give the fabric a particularly excellent feeling of fullness, fluffiness, softness and smoothness;
☆ Absorb and penetrate into the fabric evenly, and the elasticity of the finished fabric is excellent;
