1、簡介
硬挺劑ZD-856經(jīng)過最新技術(shù)改性的三合一樹脂，使用方便操作簡單，在織物的耐久定型整理中廣泛應(yīng)用，優(yōu)良的韌性和硬度，與水不軟化等特點(diǎn)。

外觀：透明粘稠液體
離子性：陰/非離子
PH值：5.0-6.0
3.特性與優(yōu)勢：
☆ 具有出色的形態(tài)穩(wěn)定性，優(yōu)良的立體效果和回彈性能。色變影響少，尤其是對牛仔服的白色口袋布泛黃極低。
☆ 具有極佳的防皺防縮性能，優(yōu)良的韌性和硬度。
☆ 對混紡、化纖等織物整理后硬度好，與水不易軟化等特點(diǎn)。
☆ 工作液不得與水接觸。
4.應(yīng)用范圍：
適用于纖維素纖維及其混紡織物的耐久壓燙整理。
適用于牛仔布的壓皺定型貓須整理。
適用于棉、毛、滌、麻和各種化纖織物的整理。
5.參考用量
浸軋法
溫度 常溫
固化劑 硬挺劑用量的0.5-1%
進(jìn)劑 硬挺劑用量的1-2%
一浸一軋或一浸二軋，常溫固化10分鐘左右
6.包裝與儲存：
硬挺劑鐵桶包裝。
應(yīng)密封存放在陰涼、干燥、通風(fēng)處保質(zhì)期半年。
Stiffener ZD-856
1. Brief introduction
The stiffener ZD-856 is a three-in-one resin modified by the latest technology. With the advantage of convenient use and simple operation, it is widely used in fabric durable setting and finishing. It has excellent toughness and hardness, and is not softened by water.
2. Basic traits
Appearance: transparent viscous liquid
Ionicity: anion/nonion
pH value: 5.0-6.0
3.Characteristics and advantages:
☆ It has excellent morphological stability, excellent stereoscopic effect and resilience. With low coloration, the yellowing of the white pocket cloth of jeans is especially low.
☆ It has excellent wrinkle and shrink resistance, excellent toughness and hardness.
☆ It has good hardness, uneasy softening in the water after finishing of blended and chemical fibers.
☆ Working fluid avoids contact with water.
4.Application range
It is suitable for durable pressing and ironing of cellulose fibers and the blended fabrics.
It is suitable for the crease-setting and cat whisker finishing of denim.
It is suitable for finishing cotton, wool, polyester, linen and various chemical fibers.
5. Suggested dosage
Dipping treatment
Temperature: normal temperature
Curing agent: 0.5-1% stiffener
Promoting agent: 1-2% of stiffener
One dipping, one padding or one dipping two paddings, stiffening at normal temperature for about 10 minutes
6.Package and storage
Iron drum packaging.
It should be sealed and stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place for a shelf life of half a year.
